Various production sites will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance.

  • accounts. kynetx.com
  • appbuilder.kynetx.com
  • appdirectory.kynetx.com

Change Plan:

  1. Shutdown Server
  2. Make backup copy of XEN XML config file
  3. Make change to allocated memory in XEN from 512 to 2048
  4. Commit changes
  5. Restart the VM
  6. Log into VM to confirm that all services are started
  7. Test sites

Roll Back Plan:

  1. Shutdown VM
  2. Restore backup copy of XEN XML config file
  3. Restart the VM
  4. Log into VM to confirm that all services are started
  5. Test sites
