Maintenance Notification for Kynetx Network Services
Last Saturday evening, August 1, 2009, our Data Center provider had planned to do maintenance upgrades on their routers at our production data center. Before any work was done, their engineering team noticed an anomaly with one of their routers, and they decided to delay the maintenance window until the situation could be verified. Since the planned maintenance window was not opened, there were no service interruptions to the KNS platform.
In keeping with our notice policy for maintenance windows, we need to inform you that our Data Center provider has scheduled a new maintenance window which will occur on Saturday, August 22nd and Sunday, August 23rd from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM MST.
This maintenance window will enable them to conclude upgrades to the core router and switch network. During this three hour period, all KNS customers should expect brief delays/outages with the KNS platform.
